These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of planadate.app and the PlanADate service. By using PlanADate you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What PlanADate is
PlanADate is an AI-powered planning assistant. It generates date, outing, and event suggestions — itineraries with venue ideas, estimated costs, and timing — to help you plan. It is a planning aid, not a booking service or a guarantee.
Suggestions only — no guarantee of accuracy
Plans are generated by AI using third-party data and may contain errors. We do not guarantee that any venue is open, available, accurately priced, or suitable for you. Hours, prices, menus, and availability change constantly. Always verify the details — call ahead, check the venue's official site, and confirm reservations — before you rely on a plan or travel anywhere. You are responsible for your own decisions and safety.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the service for any unlawful purpose or to harass, harm, or deceive others.
- Don't attempt to scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
- Don't resell or redistribute generated plans as your own commercial product without permission.
Memberships and billing
Some features require a paid membership. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel any time; cancellation stops future charges. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

PlanADate contains affiliate links to partners such as 1-800-Flowers, Fandango, Uber, and Lyft. We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Intellectual property
The PlanADate name, site, and software are our property. Plans you generate are yours to use for your own planning; the underlying service remains ours.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanADate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on a generated plan or a third-party venue or partner.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
